By accepting, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Велфарм» (the "Operator") consent to process my personal data on the terms below.

2. Data covered by this consent
Surname and first name; email address; telephone number; job title and the name of the organisation I represent; image (if I choose to upload a profile photo); information about my actions on the Platform, including the date, time and content of each action, IP address and details of the software used.
3. Purposes
Providing me with access to the procurement platform at velpharmbid.ru; identifying me as a User; organising and running procurement procedures; sending notifications about the Platform and about procedures I take part in; keeping actions traceable; and information security.
4. Operations covered
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, erasure and destruction — using automated means.
5. Duration and withdrawal
This consent is effective from the moment it is given until the purposes are met or until it is withdrawn.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@velpharm.ru. Processing of the data listed above is necessary to provide access to the Platform, so withdrawal ends access and closes the account. Withdrawal does not extend to data the Operator is required by Russian law to retain, or to records of completed procurement procedures kept so those procedures remain traceable.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, that the information I have provided is accurate, and that where I provide personal data of third parties I hold their consent to do so.
